Engine DJ OS 4.1 Update Brings Bluetooth Audio Output and New Smart Features

The latest update to Engine DJ OS, version 4.1, introduces exciting new capabilities for supported devices, including the ability to output audio via Bluetooth. This feature is now available on models like Denon DJ PRIME 4+, PRIME GO+, SC LIVE 2, and Numark Mixstream Pro+ among others, allowing DJs to connect to Bluetooth speakers effortlessly.

The update also adds a “Smart Headphone Cue” function, automatically activating the cue for the most recently loaded track. This convenient feature can be toggled on or off in the mixer settings.

Further enhancements include expanded Engine Lighting capabilities, increasing Autoloop options to 128 and offering more control over Autoloop preferences. DJs using Beatport and Beatsource can now enjoy high-quality FLAC audio streaming, provided they have a Pro subscription.

Engine DJ Desktop has also received updates, including support for MacOS Sequoia and stability improvements for MacOS Sonoma users.

This 4.1 update demonstrates Engine DJ’s commitment to continuous innovation, offering both performance improvements and cutting-edge tools for DJs.
